Please don't attend an appointment if you have: A fever AND a cough, sore throat or difficulty breathing. Please get tested and self-isolate until test results are back AND/OR Have travelled overseas or come in contact with travellers in the last 2 weeks At Massons Healthcare, we prioritise the health and safety of our staff, patients and customers. We ensure we follow the highest infection control standards as extra care is required to ensure our high risk medical and immune deficient clients are protected from exposure. Due to an increased risk in transmission of COVID-19 Massons Healthcare will be following the guidelines set out by Victorian Healthcare workers and AOPA. Patients must wear a face mask when entering our work environment. If you don’t have one, please ask us if you require one. Our priority is the health and safety of our patients, workers and families and we all need to work together to minimise any risks. During this time of increased caution, we want all our patients to feel comfortable and safe in our practice. If you show any symptoms, please reschedule your appointment by calling 03 9898 0011.
To lower risk, we ask that wherever possible, only the patient attends the appointment. If you can avoid it, please do not bring siblings or friends to appointments. Please do not arrive too early for your appointment. We will continue to have our strict cleaning protocols, try to limit patient appointments to 1 per hour and we ask you use the hand sanitiser provided upon arrival and departure.
