The size of your bubble matters

Orfit

Did you know that the size of your bubble matters?

During activation, a bubble (also known as blister) forms in your frame prior to the actual socket fabrication under vacuum pressure.

The length of this bubble should be allowed to form to two-thirds the length of the socket model. If you allow the thermoplastic to reach this level of activation, it will help to ensure even thickness throughout the device.

Not achieving this level of activation, could result in an uneven thickness in the walls of the final socket.
